As you look through your child's Friday papers, you may notice that I've written "tally" at the top if there was no name on it when it was turned in. It was a bad week as far as that goes and many students were not able to be a part of the celebration because they had two or more tally marks. Please believe me when I tell you that I remind students about putting their name on their work everyday. What we are still working on is writing down darts/tallies in the assignment notebook daily so that you are aware of what is happening in class.
The list of dart and tally mark "offenses" can be found in every child's assignment notebook as they glued those in the first or second week of school.
