Top Readers in May

Well, the total reading minutes at home dropped this month (I'm not surprised) to 5,935. I'm proud to announce our top three readers for the month who were awarded prize money (mini-economy money that is). Our highest reader in May was Nick with 1,320 minutes. He was followed by Kate who read 720 minutes and she was followed by Andrew who read 703 minutes. You all deserve a round of applause for finishing the year strong and reading at home!

I Scream, You Scream, We All Scream....

FOR ICE CREAM. We've learned those math facts, now it's time to sit back and enjoy the ice cream. Each level of mastery added one more item to the sundae. Ask your child what was on theirs.

Oobleck Investigation

1 cup of cornstarch and 1/2 cup of water makes for a great investigation. Is it a liquid or a solid? We took some time to make this stuff and see for ourselves.

Math Bowl

Our team represented us well at the math bowl, not to mention all those supporters in the crowd. Great job boys and girls!
