H1N1 Information

H1N1 Consent forms were sent home today (Thursday, Sept. 24th) and are due Tuesday, Sept. 29th. All forms must be returned, even if you choose not to have your child vaccinated. The date and schedule for vaccinations at Brown will be sent to parents when we have received confirmation from the Health Dept. Please call the school office if you have any questions. Thank you.
